As for the second, she said,"No!,this can not be.The boy must be cut into two pieces,so that I may have the one, and she, the other".When the judge heard these words, he ordered the boyto be given over to the first, and sent the second to the jail for child lifting.

So whoever this guy, he managed to take the girl child, took him to the bathroom, shaved half her head and let go dressed only in approximately less than 10 minutes. Until now I still can not understand how there might be this crazy person, let alone to carry out in a matter of minutes.
So please supervise children / grandchildren you when you're out in the open like the Mall! which will very easily be separated by accident.
