Impulse Buying adalah keputusan yang tidak direncanakan untuk membeli suatu produk atau jasa, yang dibuat sebelum pembelian. Orang yang cenderung melakukan pembelian tersebut disebut sebagai impulse buyer/impulse purchaser. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa emosi dan perasaan memainkan peran penting dalam pembelian, dipicu dengan melihat produk atau setelah terpapar pesan promosi yang dibuat dengan baik.
Menurut The Yankee Group dalam analisa website promotion, alasan utama orang melakukan impulse buying adalah: penjualan dengan harga khusus, pengiriman gratis, dan promosi liburan atau musiman. Banyak situs yang diuji fitur promosinya, terutama pada home page. Jika hasil survei The Yankee Group ini
mencerminkan realitas, kita harus melihat banyak atas hasil observasi impulse buying yang telah diamati.

Kenaikan Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM)
Pendahuluan
Bahan Bakar Minyak merupakan kebutuhan yang sangat penting dikalang masyarakat. Mungkin bisa juga termasuk dalam kebutuhan pokok setelah makanan. Walaupun tanpa bahan bakar minyak manusia bisa tetap hidup. Bahan bakar minyak berguna bagi manusia untuk mempermudah aktivitas mereka dalam menjalani kehidupan sehari-hari. Tanpa bahan bakar minyak, mungkin tidak akan terjadi kehidupan yang serba mudah seperti saat ini. Contohnya zaman kerajaan dahulu, mereka membutuhkan waktu yang berhari-hari hanya untuk berkunjung ke kerajaan lain yang masih dalam satu pulau.
Itulah salah satu kepentingan bahan bakar minyak, yang akan berdampak banyak dalam kehidupan manusia, dan akan semakin menarik dibicarakan.

Konsep Dasar Koperasi
Koperasi adalah merupakan singkatan dari kata ko / co dan operasi /
operation. Koperasi adalah suatu kumpulan orang-orang untuk bekerja sama
demi kesejahteraan bersama. Berdasarkan undang-undang nomor 12 tahun
1967, koperasi indonesia adalah organisasi ekonomi rakyat yang berwatak
sosial dan beranggotakan orang-orang, badan-badan hukum koperasi yang
merupakan tata susunan ekonomi sebagai usaha bersama berdasar atas asas
kekeluargaan.
Sejarah Gerakan Koperasi
Gerakan koperasi digagas oleh Robert Owen (1771-1858), yang menerapkannya pertama kali pada usaha pemintalan kapas di New Lanark Skotlandia. Gerakan koperasi ini dikembangkan lebih lanjut oleh William King (1786-1865) dengan mendirikan toko koperasi di Brighton, Inggris. Pada 1 mei 1828, King menerbitkan publikasi bulanan yang bernama The Cooperator yang berisi berbagai gagasan dan saran-saran praktis tentang mengelola toko dengan prinsip koperasi.
Koperasi dikenalkan di Indonesia oleh R.Aria Wiriatmadja di Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah pada tahun 1896. Pada tanggal 12 juli 1947, pergerakan koperasi di Indonesia mengadakankongres koperasi yang pertama di tasikmalaya. Tanggal dilaksanakannya konggres ini kemudian ditetapkan sebagai Hari Koperasi Indonesia.
Fungsi-Fungsi Koperasi :
1. Sebagai urat nadi kegiatan perekonomian indonesia
2. Sebagai upaya mendemokrasikan sosial ekonomi indonesia
3. Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan warga negara indonesia
4. Memperkokoh perekonomian rakyat indonesia dengan jalan pembinaan
koperasi
Peran dan Tugas Koperasi :
1. Meningkatkan taraf hidup sederhana masyarakat indonesia
2. Mengembangkan demokrasi ekonomi di indonesia
3. Mewujudkan pendapatan masyarakat yang adil dan merata dengan cara
menyatukan, membina, dan mengembangkan setiap potensi yang ada
Jenis-Jenis Koperasi :
1. Koperasi Konsumsi
Koperasi ini didirikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan umum sehari-hari para
anggotanya. Yang pasti barang kebutuhan yang dijual di koperasi harus lebih
murah dibantingkan di tempat lain, karena koperasi bertujuan untuk
mensejahterakan anggotanya.
2. Koperasi Jasa
Fungsinya adalah untuk memberikan jasa keuangan dalam bentuk pinjaman
kepada para anggotanya. Tentu bunga yang dipatok harus lebih renda dari
tempat meminjam uang yang lain.
3. Koperasi Produksi
Bidang usahanya adalah membantu penyediaan bahan baku, penyediaan
peralatan produksi, membantu memproduksi jenis barang tertentu serta
membantu menjual dan memasarkannya hasil produksi tersebut. Sebaiknya
anggotanya terdiri atas unit produksi yang sejenis. Semakin banyak jumlah
penyediaan barang maupun penjualan barang maka semakin kuat daya tawar
terhadap suplier dan pembeli.

Traveler-Two People and A Bear
Two people walking together wandering through a dense forest. It was suddenly a huge bear came out of the bushes near them.
One of the nomad, just think about his safety and did not bother her, climbing into a tree that was close to him.
Traveler others, felt unable to resist a very large bear it alone, threw himself into the ground and lay still, as if he had died. She often hears that the bear will not touch the animal or person who has died.
His friend who was in the tree did not do anything to help his friend who was lying. Whether this is true or not, the moment the bear sniffed around his head, and seemed satisfied that his victim had died, tersebutpun bear walked away.
Nomad is on top of a tree and then got out of his hiding.
"It looks as if the bear had whispered in my ear," he said. "What was said by the bear"
"The bear said," the wanderers who lie down before, "No wise to walk together and be friends with someone who left and did not bother her friend who is in danger."

Capital> 1. Relation
2. Idea
3. Courage
4. Money Capital does not have to be money, relations, ideas, courage, that's all we can make capital for entrepreneurship. 1. Relation Why Relationships? Example: When someone wants to buy a car and he did not know where he had bought, while we know the car salesman. That is something we can use as capital for entrepreneurship. 2. Idea many people who have money but he did not have the idea to start a business. If we have ideas, that's when they tapped opportunity for us to cooperate in carrying out the idea that we have.
Expertise> Our ability in doing something, like a chef who has the ability to cook, and drivers who have the ability to drive a car. Expertise will be there after doing that many times or to pursue that field.
Positive Energy> this energy is above all the good deeds we do, without realizing that our good deeds that make us always easy of doing things. Remember! for whatever we try, God disposes. Any high as our ideals in the sky, our feet are still flat on the earth.
So success in entrepreneurship is like vehicle car, equipped with driver, equipped with gasoline. Success = Car + Driver + Petrol Without one of them comes, nothing will be impossible to achieve desired goals.
